As a senior leadership team, we have been working on outlining our core priorities for this academic year 2023/2024 and sharing these with staff, parents and children so that there is a relentless, joined up focus.

Embed a culture that champions excellence, strengthens community and empowers all to grow and lead, including our pupils. 
ROBUST CURRICULUM AND OUTCOMES
Strengthen our ambitious and engaging curriculum to empower all pupils to excel academically and embrace a continuous love of learning, starting with a focus on early excellence in Reception.
HIGH QUALITY INCLUSIVE PRACTICE FOR ALL
Ensure that provision precisely meets the needs of all learners and that adaptive teaching is embedded throughout the curriculum.
LEADERSHIP AT ALL LEVELS
Further develop a robust leadership structure, that fosters a culture of continuous improvement, accountability and courageous decision-making. 
ASSESSMENT TO DRIVE PROGRESS AND OUTCOMES
Rigorously use assessment to accurately identify the learning needs of all pupils, narrow achievement gaps and accelerate pupil progress to deepen understanding, particularly for our disadvantaged, boys and SEND learners.
